This is a Powermatic III cigarette roller. Here is what I know: I plugged it in and powered it on, the motor churns and tobacco comes out of the pipe. This thing was full of tobacco when I bought it and still has some. If you shake it around, tobacco will fall out (that’s why I taped up the bottom. Somehow tobacco got under the screen (see photos). Nice condition otherwise, although there a trace of tobacco all over it. The machine appears to be in working condition but I am not an expert so I don’t know for sure. Because of the condition and my limited expertise, this item is sold AS IS WITH NO RETURNS.
